Our approach

We provide mental health services in rural areas by enhancing access and support. As a mental health collective, we assist members by providing telehealth consultations for professional care without geographical barriers, medication management for proper prescriptions and follow-up, complementary alternative methods (CAM) like mindfulness and exercise for a holistic approach.

Targeting all age groups, we strive to create a supportive environment for mental health care in rural communities.

Our mission is to provide compassionate mental health care that empowers individuals to achieve their best selves in a supportive and professional environment.

We tailor your health plan to your wants and needs.

What is Integrative Psychiatry?

A holistic approach to mental health which treats the whole person by integrating conventional methods, like medication and therapy, with complementary therapies such as nutrition, mindfulness, and lifestyle changes. This method focuses on root causes, enhancing wellness through:

  • Balanced diet for brain function and emotional stability

  • Mindfulness practices like meditation and yoga for clarity and stress reduction

  • Lifestyle changes, including exercise and sleep, for overall well-being

These elements work together to promote resilience and long-term mental health.
